It pains me to do so but its time to move on. I just finished up school and new a new car for a real job. This CJ has only see about 1000 miles of Kansas roads. I brought it with me when I moved to Kansas from California. So there is a little body rust from Kansas roads. Luckly I undercoated the wheel wells, the frame and the floorboards before I made the move. Off road this thing will climb anything and it is still fine to drive on the highways. 1944 WWII Willys Jeep (GPW). I converted this to a hunting/off road vehicle ten years ago. In the process, I rebuilt every part of this JEEP, but I did NOT restore it to original - I used after market parts. Has both front and rear differential lockers, WARN hubs on front axle, the newer F Head engine, (I have a running spare in Maine if you can ship it). Has 12,000 lb Ramsey winch on front bumper. This is an ideal off road vehicle, but not a good candidate for restoration.
I towed this Jeep from Maine to Oregon, (on its own wheels), and got caught in an ice storm, rolling the jeep over 360 degrees. Did some cosmetic damage, but nothing mechanical - in fact, I drove the Jeep the last 700 miles from Boise, Idaho to the Pacific coast of Oregon.
It comes with a tow bar, but I don't recommend towing in an ice storm!!!

The seats are all in good shape and it has three gears and shifts well since we took apart the transmission last fall and replaced the syncronizers. My father, a retired auto mechanic, and I have spent numerous hours restoring it. I have a repair manual for it. The four wheel drive works although I have never taken it off roading.
